How to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate more leads

I think you’ll agree with me when I say: LinkedIn is an amazing source of leads for your business.

With that said, it takes time. A lot of time.

Well, it turns out, there’s a better way.

In this article, I’m going to show you how to export your entire LinkedIn searches, while simultaneously finding each prospect’s email.

As a bonus, I’ll show you how to connect this all with your outreach tool of choice, like Salesforce or Outreach.

Linkedin Targeting

The first step is going to be to hammer down who we’re targeting.

If you already know who you want to target, skip on to the next section.

This is a good one to start with. Where do you sell your product?

If it can be sold anywhere, think about which countries are more likely to buy and what language they speak.

Job Title

This is another basic one to touch on. Think about what the job title would be of someone that would buy your product.

Also, remember that you want to touch on the seniority of the person as well. Would a Vice President buy your product? Or is it typically purchased by a Coordinator?

Company Headcount

Headcount can often be overlooked but is critical for most products. Do you sell to startups or enterprise clients?

It’s rare that a product will be sold to both, think about it and make sure you’re using this filter in your searches.

Extract Emails from LinkedIn with Wiza

Now that we have a search we’re happy with, it’s time to gather contact information.

Integrating with Salesforce or Outreach

If you use Salesforce or Outreach, you’re in luck.

Click the integrate button on your top menu bar and connect your accounts. After that’s done, you’ll be able to click the sync button after any search, and all those leads will go straight to your CRM.

Don’t use Outreach or Salesforce? No worries, you can always download the results as a .csv and upload them to your favorite CRM.
